Testimonies

I am standing here to thank God for adding another year to my age and also for saving my life, precisely on the 29th December last year. I was supposed to embark on a journey with my brother, but I suddenly decided to stay back. I later received a call that the person I was to travel with had an accident and six of them died. I thank God for saving my life. (Sis Uju).

ii.           I am standing here to say a big ‘thank you’ to God Almighty for saving my life three weeks ago from the hands of armed robbers, and also granting my father a successful tumor operation. (Sis Ify Ogbuka).

iii.          I embarked on a project last year and almost immediately, I discovered a pain on my leg which became a serious problem to my health, but I looked at it and said to the leg, that whatever happens I am giving it  till 31st . On the 31st Dec., I came to the church by 10.00pm and as the prayer was going on I discovered that the pain gradually melted and disappeared from my leg and I became healed. (Engr. Ken.).
iv.          I have been having severe stooling but when I came for intercessory prayer, the Lord healed me. (Pastor Emma).

v.           I am thanking God because He is my father. For the past two weeks I have been facing serious challenges in my family, especially for my younger brother who almost got missing. I got a phone call from someone who told me that he saw him elsewhere. So, we had to leave to look for him. During the intercessory prayer on Friday, my pastor prayed on behalf of my family. That same day, I was delivered from an automobile accident.  Not too long, I received another phone call from someone who saw him on the road sleeping. He was injected in a bus and God saved his life from the hands of the evil men (probably ritualists).
(Deacon Mike).

vi.          I am thanking God for what He did for my life and my entire family. I came back from work on Monday by 5.30pm and parked my car in front of my house. Few hours later, I had a continuous bang on my door and I opened to see my security men in a confusing state and I asked why?  They replied, “Your car has caught fire”. It was like a heavy blow on my face, but with the help of God and those around, we were able to put out the fire with no harm recorded on anyone of us. Glory be to His name.
(Elder Ngozi Oyebuchi).

vii.         Recently, there was a serious retrenchment going on at the office where my father work, and we started praying about it. Instead of termination, my father received a letter of promotion. Thanks be to the Almighty God. (Sis Vet).

viii.                    Within some periods of time, I was going through serious challenges of life. It was that bad that I had to beg for money sometimes to cover expenses on transport. After the Morning Prayer one faithful day, it was quite amazing that one of my clients called me and paid a hug sum of money into my account which afforded me a brand new car. (Engr. Ken).

ix.                          While in the office, I received a call from my wife who told me that she was going to see the pastor for prayers before leaving for the hospital for the child’s delivery and I obliged. Few hours later, she called to inform me that she has delivered our baby and that she has also driven herself back home. I was amazed and thank God for this great miracle.
(Elder Awa Dike).

x.                             Two years ago, my pastor instructed us in the church to always write down notes while the message is going on. It was like a joke when I started, but I later discovered that I was best developing in note taking. At work one Wednesday, I was appointed to write down the minutes of the meeting during the staff meeting, and everything went down well. I am now being elevated above my former level. Glory be to God. (Sis. Onyi Kemjika).

xi.                          Since we began this forty days program, I have been seeing the hand of God so much upon my life. To the extent, one of my daughters in the Lord called to give me her salary. (Sis Pat).

xii.                        I was to give the sum of N17,000.00 (Seventeen Thousand Naira) to someone, and when I got there, the person rejected it, saying that the amount was not enough for him. Straight away, I came to church, maybe, to sort things out with him after service. Behold, the money could not be found. It fell off my pocket but to God be the glory, it was later found miraculously at a spot.
(Deacon Orji).

xiii.                     I am thanking God on behalf of my younger brother who was expelled from school and was not allowed to collect his final result, and we started calling on God to raise a voice of intervention for him.                      During the forty days programme, I received an inner peace and unusual joy within me. Nothing borders me anymore and I can now sleep very well. xvii.
I want to praise God for His mercy that saw me through a serious spiritual battle I fought in the dream and was able to defeat them with His mighty hand. Also, I thank God for the favour I received from my place of work. (Brother Godwin).

I stand to testify of God’s faithfulness and promises that came to reality upon my life. First, He added another year to my life. Secondly, for fulfilling the prophecy that went ahead of us on Sunday the 7th of June, 2009, that there will be a shout of joy by 2.00pm next day. On Monday by 7.00am, I received a miracle of handset that made me shout, a shout of joy. (Sis Pat Chukwuemeka).

God has been so merciful to me. I thank God for His healing power on me last week. I was very sick and I called some brethren to pray for me, yet the sickness persisted after prayers. Then, I came to church and the pastor prayed for me. Immediately, I became hungry and decided to eat some food, and I regained my health without delay. May His name alone be praised. (Brother Emma).

xxii.
Thank God for granting me a shout of joy as prophesied through the mouth of his servant that by 2.00pm on Monday that we shall shout for joy. xxiv.                Something happened in my family which resulted in the death of my elder sister at the age of 60years. We later prayed that none among our father’s children will ever die at that age again. By the grace of God, yesterday 20th June, one of my sisters marked her 60th birthday, and she has been made a professor. (Pastor Emma Obguka).

xxviii.           Last week Sunday, though I was in church, my mind and the whole part of me wasn’t there because my wife was in labour at the hospital. The doctor did everything they could but the child was not forthcoming. Humanly speaking, I knew the next thing was going to be operation but during the service I heard the pastor say, “Sow a seed.” I obeyed and stepped forward and gave the little on me and told God to help me. Amazingly, my wife delivered a bouncing baby girl safely without any operation. May His name be praised! (Bro. Evans).

God has proven Himself as a covenant keeper in my life. Especially, I thank Him for the gift of life, safety and miraculously stepping into my elder sister’s case of an allegation that was leveled against her on child trafficking. May His name alone be praised. (Pastor Emma Ogbuka).
